Volunteers: FLWOCP members are the backbone of our organization. Without you FLWOCP would not exist and our annual show would not be possible. Member volunteers work throughout the year to bring a quality show and convention each January. At that show dozens of volunteers are needed to ensure a smooth operation. Meeting: At the Annual General Meetings, Board Members plus Delegates from each Club convene. The number of delegates from each Club is based on the number of members in the Club thirty days prior to the General Meeting. Click here to access the Delegate/Alternate Form.
Museum: Open to all FLWOCP members in good standing. Please use the Museum Forms & Registration as listed below. Be sure to read all Museum instructions and qualifications as they may change. Each submitted piece must be accompanied by TWO (2) completed Registration Forms (one for FLWOCP to retain and one to be sent to WOCP). Click Here to access the Museum Registration Form.
Club Tables: One 8’ x 30’ front and side view table with a vinyl table cloth will be provided to each club wishing to display. All clubs are encouraged to participate, there is no entry fee. Set up must be completed by Thursday, January 18th at 12:30pm. Tear down of tables is Saturday, January 20th after 3:00pm.
• First, second, and third places are judged by secret Artist/Exhibitors and attending VIP’s. People’s Choice award is a vote of the attendees. Awards are presented at the Friday night event.
• Quality of workmanship, originality, and use of the theme “Each Day a New Beginning” is the judging criteria.

Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places are judged by secret Artist-Exhibitors/. People’s Choice will be judged by ballot/attendees on Thursday 1:00pm – 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, voting ends Friday at 5:00pm. Awards presented at the Banquet; Club Tables may be disassembled after 3:00pm on Saturday, not before 3:00pm please! Due Date for Reservation Form in December 1, 2017.
Reception: A Banquet and demo by Wilma Manhardt will take place Friday evening, January 19th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. There will be a live auction featuring incredible painted and blank porcelain followed by our guest artist, Wilma Manhardt, presenting a demo.
Cost for Banquet is $50 per person or included in the Carte Blanche ($75) admission. Reservations are confirmed on receipt of registration form and payment in full. Reservation will close January 1, 2017.
Auction: A Limited Live Auction will be held during the Friday evening event. Cash, checks, and credit cards accepted, good luck to all!
Mini-Seminar: Thanks to overwhelming success, FLWOCP will again offer a Thursday evening Mini-seminar, featuring our guest artist, Wilma Manhardt. Limited to 20 students, seating will be open to WOCP members only until December 1st. After that date, any availability will be open to the public. Your seat will be confirmed upon receipt of the Mini-Seminar Registration Form and payment in full. Make checks payable to FLWOCP. Mail you form and payment today to ensure your seat!
Paint-a-longs (PAL’s): FLWOCP will have an offering of five PAL’s, each $15.00 and each will last 2 ½ hours. See Registration Form for materials needed by students (if materials listing not available now, check back to website often). Each PAL will seat 20 students, each student confirmed upon receipt of form and payment. Forms and payment (payable to FLWOCP) go to Linda Carr.
Demos: Demos last about an hour and will be offered each day. Seating is limited to 20 students, cost is $4 per demo.
Bag Stuffing: Each FLWOCP Club is responsible for supplying 300 of “Something” to put into the Admission/Welcome Bags. “Something’s” are to be at the Show by 5:00pm Wednesday evening on January 17th.
Due Dates: December 1st is the due date for all monies and forms to include Club Display Tables,Carte blanche Tickets, Mini-seminar, PAL’s, Delegate/Alternate Lists, and Volunteer Worker Sign up forms. Banquet reservations and payments are due December 1st, 2017.
