Paula LaVergne (Artist)

Porcelain art painter and teacher Paula Lavergne has been painting since she was a child.  Her mother and great aunt taught her to paint.  Her specialty is making animals come to life in her art.  She resides in Lake Charles, La.

Regular clean palette with freshly mixed paints.  Open Medium.

Brushes (square shaders, mops, synthetic round brushes #8 or #10, Filbert or cat tongues).  I will have extra to use and buy.

Palette knife, wipe out tools, extra small tile, towels, lamp if you need it.

I will have some paints for sale but please bring your own in powder form if you want.  

I use odorless turpentine.  NO turpenoid natural.  Mineral spirits are okay.

My classes are very low key and stress free.  Let's have fun!
